Within this foundation, we were constantly stimulating, facilitating and managing several creative projects intended to empower and grow the local economy. On one hand, by acting as linking pin between local government, various institutions, agencies and small business owners. On the other hand by attracting consumers to the (inner) city with meaningful concepts set up in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
TASKS AS PROJECT MANAGER
Managed day-to-day responsibilities as a project manager of a non-profit organization.
Created strategic communication plans for stakeholder issues and various brand projects.
Developed partnerships by finding or developing shared values between stakeholders.
Organized and facilitated stakeholder meetings, brainstorms, presentations, and big public- and brand activation events.
Set brand guidelines and project plans for internal teams and external agencies by driving and managing internal and external strategies and creative development - including budgeting, processes, and programming.
Drove press coverage for each project across print, web, and broadcast, and acted as spokesman for media.
Supervised multiple interns and coached people in their reintegration process.
