Within this non-profit organization, we were constantly stimulating, facilitating and managing several creative projects intended to empower and grow the local economy by, on the one hand, acting as linking pin between local government, various institutions, agencies and small business owners, and on the other hand by attracting consumers to the (inner) city with meaningful concepts set-up in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
TASKS AS PROJECT MANAGER
Managed day-to-day responsibilities as project manager of a non-profit organization
Created strategic communication plans for stakeholder issues and various brand projects
Developed partnerships by finding common grounds between stakeholders
Organized stakeholder meetings, brainstorms, presentations, and big public- and brand activation events
Set brand guidelines / project plans for internal teams and external agencies by driving and managing internal and external strategies and creative development, including budgeting, processes, programming, and working with internal and external partners
Drove press coverage for each project across print, web, and broadcast, and acted as spokesman for media
Supervised multiple interns and coached people in their reintegration process
